Returns Policy
We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, please note the following conditions regarding returns:
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the customised nature of certain products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been printed, embroidered, or otherwise personalised. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Garments or merchandise featuring custom logos, names, designs, or artwork
- Items that have undergone any form of customization or modification at the customer's request
Exceptions
Returns for customized items will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a resolution.
General Returns
For non-customized items, returns may be accepted in accordance with our standard return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
